Cancellation Policy
1. Refund Policy: a.Individual Coaching Sessions Refunds for individual coaching sessions will only be issued if the cancellation is made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time will not be eligible for a refund. 2. Rescheduling Policy If you need to reschedule any coaching session, you must do so at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Rescheduling requests made within 12 hours of the session start time will not be accommodated, and the session fee will be forfeited. 3.
